BGA-CAM (BGAC)

The BGA CAM module will automatically create a BGA strip with your design arrayed inside with all necessary fiducials, tooling holes and plating bars.

Filmstrip Creation

  • The final design is loaded into the drawing and panelized so that the whole structure is ready for further panelizing and Gerber output to film.

  • All Strips may be net list verified and DRC checked inside the nested entities of the hierarchical design.

  • Verification of shorting of all nets to the plating bars is automatic as well as verification that milling out the slots will disconnect the plating bar.

Wafer-Array

  • Generates an array directly on the wafer for wafer scale packaging.
